How this website handles your information.

Information reaches me in two ways: you send it, or your browser reports it.

• A message from the contact form. Your email address, your message and the page you sent it from, plus the service and city if you use a form on a location page. It is emailed to me so I can reply. Writing to me does not put you on a mailing list.
• A resource or assessment request. The events profit checklist, the AI readiness assessment and the question form on the humans page each ask for your email address. I keep that address and which of them you used. On the humans page I also keep the answer you type, up to 500 characters. These are stored in a database, and I email you what you asked for.
• How the site is used. The pages you view, what you click, and technical details such as your browser, your device and your approximate location, collected by the analytics tools below.

Please keep personal client or case details out of the contact form, as the form itself asks.

• Cloudflare hosts the website and holds the database of resource requests.
• Amazon Web Services sends the site’s email from its Sydney region.
• PostHog provides analytics and session recordings. Its cloud runs in the United States.
• Meta provides the Facebook pixel, which is described below.

Some of these providers process information outside Australia, including in the United States. I do not sell personal information.

PostHog records page views, clicks, page performance and the technical details your browser shares. It also records some sessions, which replay how a visit moved through the pages, so I can find the parts that confuse people.

If you give your email address on a resource page, I may link your activity to that address in PostHog, so I can see which pages led to your request.

The Meta pixel tells Meta that a page was viewed and that a form was submitted, and which form it was. For the AI readiness assessment that includes your overall score. It does not receive your message or your email address.

PostHog stores a cookie and a local storage entry so it can tell one visit from another, and the Meta pixel can set its own cookies. The site also keeps a small marker in your browser session so its opening animation plays once per visit. That marker holds no personal information.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. The site and its forms still work without them.

Email hello@digitalnachos.com.au to ask what I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to stop hearing from me. I keep information for as long as I need it for the reason you gave it to me, then remove it.

If I cannot settle a concern, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
