The problem
Accountants and advisors look after a lot of small-business clients. Each one has a Xero file full of numbers: invoices, bank feeds, bills, loans. To know if a client is in trouble, someone has to open that file, run through the reports, and use their judgement. For one client that's fine. For a whole book of them, it's a full day's work just to check nothing is on fire.
Things slip. A client's cash gets thin and nobody notices until it's too late because nobody had time to look.
Cash is shrinking and overdue invoices are climbing. Review collections this week before bills tighten the runway.
One score
Temp reads a client's Xero file and runs it through up to 70 automatic checks across four areas: revenue, cashflow, what the business owes, and what it's owed. It adds those results up into one health score out of 100.
A score in the green means things look fine. Amber means watch it. Red means act now. The advisor sees every client's score on one screen, so the ones who need attention stand out immediately.
