Challenge

The Australian Department of Defence is the Government organisation in Australia. Manually extracting insights from user submitted feedback on their self-service system at that scale is cumbersome and at worst yields inaccurate results.

Solution

Given the sensitity of the data of the Department, the use of cloud services would pose a serious threat to the organisation. Digital Nachos came to the rescue by setting up a fully automated pipeline which works in air-gapped environments by running LLMs locally. This included extensive prompt engineering and validations to ensure accurate results at scale.
